Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage financial records, prepare financial reports, and support daily accounting operations. The successful candidate will ensure accurate financial transactions, compliance with company policies, and timely reporting.


Key Responsibilities

Handle full set of accounts and daily accounting operations. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts. Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions. Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies. Support internal and external audit activities. Monitor cash flow and financial transactions. Maintain proper accounting documentation and records. Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned.


Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software. Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Able to work independently and meet deadlines.


Preferred Skills

Experience with ERP or SAP systems. Knowledge of taxation and statutory compliance. Experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage.

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
  • Assist in payroll preparation, attendance tracking, and leave administration.
  • Support employee engagement and welfare initiatives.
